Refund policy

Warranty Information
Subtonic offers a two-year limited warranty on UIEM models, warranting the external shell and internal components for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery. We will replace or repair UIEM models that are within warranty. Return shipping to Subtonic or its retailers will be borne by the customer. Subtonic will cover the cost of the shipping back to the customer.


Warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication or cosmetic normal wear and tear.
  2. Damage caused by storing earphones in humid environments and exposure to strong magnetic forces.
  3. Damage caused by improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair by an unauthorized 3rd party or person.
  4. Damage caused by modifications or alterations without the written permission of the company.
  5. Failure to provide proof of purchase, including the warranty card and receipts from authorised channels.

 
Repair Information for IEMs
Please contact us at store@subtonic.audio for a diagnosis of the issue. We will evaluate the cost of the repair on a case-by-case basis, if the product falls outside of warranty terms or if the warranty has expired.

Cancellation
We have a 14-day cancellation policy, which means you have fourteen (14) days after ordering your item to request a cancellation.
All sales are considered final after the 14-day window.
To start a cancellation, you can contact us at store@subtonic.audio.

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days, for any reason and without a justification. However, bank and platform fees incurred cannot be refunded and there will be an administrative 10% fee of the order to process the cancellation. We will notify you once we process the cancellation. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since we’ve processed your cancellation, please contact us at store@subtonic.audio.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any question at support@subtonic.audio.
