Shipping policy

Shipping:

• Complementary shipping worldwide.
• All packages are shipped via DHL express.
• We deliver to all locations serviced by DHL express.

Order Processing and Shipping Information:

• Subtonic does not ship on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
• A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your order. This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems. 
  

Shipping Policy:

• All lost, stolen, damaged or wrongly delivered packages shipped will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• All shipping costs are completely non-refundable.
• We will not declare a different package value for our shipments.
